What's a website actually worth to you?
Put your own numbers in. Nothing here is a projection of what I'll get you — it's arithmetic on figures only you know.
The things people actually ask for.
Priced up front so nothing turns into an awkward conversation halfway through.
| Add-on | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Extra town or location page | $400 | Highest-value add-on. Two on a Growth build is the usual answer. |
| Copywriting beyond the base pages | $450/page | Base pages are written for you already. This is for depth beyond that. |
| Photography coordination & art direction | $350 | I don't shoot. I book the local photographer, direct the shot list and handle the files. |
| Migration off Wix / Squarespace / GoDaddy | $600 | Includes the full 301 redirect map so you don't lose what you've already earned. |
| Review generation kit | $350 | QR cards, a short-link review page and an SMS request template. |
| Google Ads landing page + conversion setup | $750 | Page and tracking only — I don't manage the spend. |
| Logo or brand refresh | $900 | Or I'll refer it out. I won't do it badly. |
| Rush — 7-day launch | +35% | Only when I genuinely have the week free. |
| Declining the care plan | +$600 | Not a penalty — the handover, documentation and first-year support the plan would carry. |
What's always included
- Copy written by me from a 30-minute call — you don't have to write your own website
- Mobile-responsive across real device widths, not just a desktop browser resized
- A working contact form, tested with a live submission before handover
- Google Business Profile set up or corrected
- Title tags, meta descriptions, structured data, sitemap, robots, Search Console
- HTTPS, security headers, and a page that loads in about a second on a phone
- Written confirmation of who holds the domain and hosting logins
What's never included unless it's quoted
Stated plainly, because unstated exclusions become assumed inclusions:
- Photography, or paid stock licensing beyond what the build needs
- Logo or full brand identity design
- Paid ad management
- Email hosting
- E-commerce — that's outside what I build, and I'll say so rather than improvise it
How payment works
Foundation and Growth are 50% to start, 50% on launch. Authority is 40% / 30% / 30% — signing, preview, launch. The first payment is what reserves your date on the calendar.
If you see the first full design and decide the direction is wrong, you have five business days to say so. I refund your deposit less $400 for design work already done and we part on good terms. That's in the agreement, not just on this page.
Send me your website. I'll tell you what's wrong with it.
Free, no call required. A three-minute video within 24 hours: what's slow, what breaks on a phone, where you're invisible on Google, and the three things I'd fix first.
